Summer is in full swing and the Estate’s gardens are overflowing with sweet and juicy fruits and vegetables. Traditionally, we offer you produce from our farm in the menus of aEstivum restaurant and Bistro 55, as well as in tempting jams, pickles, honey, sheep yogurt.
At our hotel reception, the new arrivals are green and ripe fig jam, juices, liqueurs and other home-made treats. So, upon check out, you can take your favorite summer flavors with you.
