The day we celebrate the gentle half of humanity – March 8, will be marked with a special culinary event at the Estate – Tour de France. Many of you are familiar with this format, in which we present you with signature French wines in perfect pairing with food. But this time that’s not all! Especially for the event, chef Veselin Kalev will welcome his colleague from JRE – Annette Teich and together they will prepare a tasting dinner, paired with five exclusive French wines.

Restaurant aEstivum will be the scene of an evening filled with French chic, JRE professionalism and refined tastes.
Chef Teich is known for her inventive cooking style. Her outstanding cuisine revolves around fresh, high-quality products, exceptional meats, subtle and sophisticated dishes. Annett is the first female chef in France to become JRE member since the creation of the association, in 1974.
