Taste the little-known Australia

For the first long weekend of 2019 we offer you an experience that is still very little-known in Bulgaria – a tasting dinner with selected Australian wines. The sommelier of the Estate, Alexander Skorchev, will introduce you to the “little-known Australia” with the best of it – signature wines from the famous Penfolds Winery, founded in 1844 in Adelaide. A special accent in the program of the tasting dinner will be the Bulgarian trail in the Australian wine production – Elena Brooks and her wines. Chef Spassov will help you ‘taste’ the remote island with his special menu.
