The velvety taste of Syrah has inspired both our sommelier Alexander Skorchev and our chef Vesselin Kalev to find the perfect matches.
In the menu that we will offer during the special wine dinner at aEstivum restaurant on March 6 and 7, you will taste both the best of Bulgarian Syrah wines and labels from Australian and French wineries. The food pairings feature original recipes with duck, jamon, pigeon, beef and lamb.
