Special JRE Dinner at the Estate

As most of you know since the beginning of this year, the prestigious international organization for talented young chefs and premium restaurants – JRE, has its Bulgarian members. We are very proud that among them is the head chef of the Estate Veselin Kalev. On May 11, he will host one of the other two Bulgarian JRE representatives – chef Vladi Penov from one of the best Sofia restaurants in recent years – Cosmos.

The two will present a special six-course dinner at the aEstivum restaurant – each of them will choose three of the dishes. The products for the menu will be from small local farms, as is the concept of JRE, and the theme of the dinner is more than intriguing – Forgotten Bulgarian Tastes. Their modern interpretation will be paired with the most appropriate labels from the Estate’s wine selection.
