The chef of one of the most popular restaurants in Sofia – Niko’las, will cook for the guests of Zornitza Family Estate Relais & Châteaux. On June 15th, young chef Tsvetomir Nikolov will reveal his talent and author’s interpretations of recipes from Bulgaria, Thailand, Greece and Turkey.
The culinary surprises are guaranteed but we will lift the curtain a little bit and tell that you will have the opportunity to try shrimp donuts and sweet tarator.
