Restaurant ANDRé is a part of the Relais & Châteaux family

At the end of June, the Board of Directors of Relais & Châteaux voted and confirmed the application of restaurant ANDRé by chef Andre Tokev to join the family of Relais & Châteaux. Here’s what Mr. Tokev shared about this prestigious recognition:

“For me, this is a dream come true. About 25 years ago, I worked in a boutique Relais & Châteaux restaurant, and since then I have not stopped dreaming and struggling to have my own restaurant that brings the spirit and philosophy of this association. I found a unique building that is a cultural monument, I have an excellent team, that offers very good service, I work with the best products because I want to offer my guests an incredible experience every day. When you want something with all your heart, and you fight for it, it becomes a reality. ”
