Restaurant of the Year 2017 Bacchus Acqua Panna & S.Pellegrino
It is an honour for us to share the awards of the aEstivum restaurant in two categories of the Restaurant of the Year 2017 Bacchus Acqua Panna & S. Pellegrino – “Debut 2017” and “DiVino Wine List and Drinks”. The winner of the second category this year was chosen by the professional team of DiVino magazine – an official partner of the competition. The awards were received by Marko Stoychev (owner of Zornitza Family Estate Relais & Châteaux), Aleksandar Skorchev (Sommelier of Zornitza Family Estate Relais & Châteaux), Vasil Spasov – Executive Chef of aEstivum restaurant.
The Contest “Restaurant of the Year 2017 Bacchus Acqua Panna & San Pellegrino” has been held for 17 years. All participating restaurants were selected by the Bacchus team and were judged by a jury, consisting of experienced culinary journalists and collaborators with rich experience and knowledge. Restaurants are rated by a professionally-developed standard with 20 criteria which cover the overall customer experience: menu, products, meals, drinks, service, the price/quality ratio, hygiene and interior.
Among the awarded restaurants on the official ceremony on March 29 were names like Niko’las 0/360, Cosmos, ANDRé etc. Apart from the Bacchus Prize, restaurant Pavaj also received a Coravin wine system, that will provide their audience with the opportunity to taste fine wines by the glass!
