Open Doors Days in Melnik region

For the third consecutive year, the wineries from the region of Melnik invite you to celebrate together the day of the viticulture and winemaking – St. Trifon Zarezan. From February 14th to 17th, 2019, the wineries from the region open their doors to visitors for traditional vine pruning, wine tours and wine tasting. We at Zornitza Family Estate Relais & Châteaux will celebrate by cooking with wine with Chef Spassov drawing inspiration from classic cooking methods and recipes and adding modern flavor to them.
