The first wine of vintage 2021 is now at your disposal. Melnik 2021 is truly special – a limited selection of 640 bottles made from Broad-leaved Melnik vine, picked from the only old vines in Zornitza Family Estate Relais & Châteaux, planted 35 years ago.

The signature variety for the region is very popular among our guests as well. And according to those who have already been lucky enough to try it, 2021 is the best vintage since the Estate opened.
