It's harvest time!

One of the most exciting events in the annual calendar of both the Estate and the entire Melnik region is the beginning of the grape harvesting. This year we started in the last weeks of August and the culmination of the campaign is planned for September 23.

As every Saturday of the month, on this date we will welcome guests and friends who want to join us in the vineyards – to taste together the juicy grapes and to take part in the harvesting. Among the vines, we will present you the wines from the Estate’s new harvest, as well as cheeses from our farm. At the following dinner at the aEstivum restaurant you will enjoy Zornitza wines paired with dishes by chef Kalev.
