Introducing the new Zornitza wine harvest

We are sure that the lovers of our superb wines are eager to try the new harvest, which this year was delayed by a month due to the pandemic. We assure you that the wait was worth it. You can see for yourself if you join us on June 27, Saturday, when the sommelier of the Estate Alexander Skorchev will present the four new labels from the 2019 harvest – Melnik, Cinsaut, Melnik and Marselan and the classic Syrah Fifty / Fifty.

We will pair the excellent wine selection with a special menu by chef Vassil Spassov.
