On November 23, we will host a sophisticated pre-Christmas dinner at the Estate with a five-course game menu by chef Veselin Kalev. We will serve you magret with red cabbage and walnut, rabbit with savoy cabbage and citrus, pigeon with eggplant and turnip, venison with coffee, prunes and celery and chocolate with red orange and avocado.

What else do you need for a truly magnificent evening at aEstivum restaurant? Of course – some premium wine. We will offer you something special – during the dinner we will launch the new vintage of our signature wine Syrah Fifty Fifty 2023.
