Fresh fish BBQ

On August 10, our chef Vassil Spassov will welcome the sunrise at one of the most famous fish markets in Europe – the one in Thessaloniki. He will choose the freshest and most delicious fish and will cook it for you at our special Ofyr barbecue in the evening. As a side dish he will grill fresh vegetables from the Estate’s gardens, and our sommelier Alexander Skorchev will pair it with chilled Portuguese white wines. We look forward to a fresh and delicious summer experience.
