Food for Change

Many Relais & Châteaux members follow the ‘Slow Food’ philosophy year-round with the objective to decrease the carbon footprint by focusing on local, seasonal ingredients. To highlight the large-scale campaign now the association invites its members worldwide to join in a Food for Change days (October 3-6). The accent will be on sustainable, clean and healthy food.
On these days we at Zornitza Family Estate Relais & Châteaux will celebrate the richness of local food and traditions with a special menu. Come and try Pink tomatoes and cheese from our farm, Trahana with home made cream cheese, herbs and Bulgarian truffle, Lamb leg from Karakachan breed with spinach and Elenski but ham and Cherry cake with chocolate.
