Creative updates in aEstivum
In recent years, aEstivum restaurant has become a favorite spot for connoisseurs of delicious food, original dishes and excellent service. At the end of another great season, we would like to take another step towards culinary excellence and an even more creative interpretation of the terroir richness.
From February 2020, the restaurant will only operate with advance booking on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and on Sundays – from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
The limitation of the working hours is intended to provide a field for experiments for Chef Vassil Spassov and his team aiming to refine the concept and raise to perfection the attention to detail and the creation of new recipes. Initially they will take their time from January 5 to February 5, when aEstivum will stay closed.
Due to the preparations for Christmas and for the New Year day, the restaurant will also be closed from 13 to 19 December.
