Cooking with wine

Zornitza Family Estate Relais & Châteaux is part of the Open Days initiative in the Struma Valley wineries, with which we celebrate love and wine making. We will welcome guests, we will prune the vineyards, we will thank those who care about the quality of the grapes we grow in the Estate.

Traditionally, the team of chef Veselin Kalev will offer a special theme menu for the weekend, the dishes in which will be prepared with wine.
