Bulgarian-Spanish fiesta

After the cigars and cognac, on Saturday night (November 13) follows a very nice surprise – a guest chef at Bistro 55. For sure many of you associate gourmet experiences on the North Black Sea coast with the restaurant El Balcon del Mundo. That is why we decided to bring the sea vibes to Zornitza Family Estate by inviting the owner and the chef of Kaliakria Resort to cook for you. On Saturday, chef Ivaylo Petrov will prepare a very Bulgarian menu with a home flavor. In order not to spoil the surprise, we will only reveal that the main dish is a mouth-watering stuffed quail, and if you are a vegetarian – risotto with wild mushrooms and truffles. For his 20-year career, chef Petrov has cooked for hundreds of happy customers and famous guests, including the first lady of France Brigitte Macron.

With the Sunday lunch we’ll put the cherry on this weekend’s cake – the owner of Kaliakria Resort Angel Lingorski will prepare in the Baraka his Spanish paella, for which you may have heard legends well deserved.
