Zornitza Family Estate is located in the valley of the Struma river, 15km southeast of the town of Sandanski, and 5km from Melnik – surrounded by vineyards and mountaintops. Beauty, vastness, nature, luxury, coziness, organic food, impressive wine collection is part of what you’ll find here… and just as many more things. Welcome – try it, touch it!The proximity of Chalkidiki (Greece) and Bansko make Zornitza Family Estate the perfect starting point of a lovely day on the beach, or skiing in the winter. The nearest beach is about a 50-minute drive away, while the ski slopes and the golf course are 70 minutes away.

We offer boutique accommodation in six elegant villas only a few steps away from the reception and from the all-year warm outdoor eco pool. During your stay with us you will enjoy space, seclusion, homey coziness for you and your family, meticulous service and first-class bath cosmetics. The villas consist of a studio, a bathroom and a terrace with remarkable views.

Our aEstivum restaurant has a stylish interior with attention to the smallest detail and accessories from around the world. Our cuisine counts on local and organic products from our eco farm and gardens. The history of our cellar began in 2011, with the plantation of 50,000 sq. m of vineyards. 2014 was the year of the first Zornitza Family Estate wines. Our signature wine so far is the 2016 Syrah Fifty Fifty. According to experts, this is a wine with huge potential, which will completely unfold in three or four years.

In only three to four years, Zornitza Family Estate will be the kingdom of truffles. We have planted more than 250 evergreen oaks, infected with black Burgundy truffle, and 250 stone pines with Bianchetto truffle – all of which will soon step into the Chef’s dishes.
