A magnificent JRE weekend at the Estate

Breathtaking – this is how our guests who experienced high culinary excellence in two unforgettable evenings described the JRE weekend at the Estate. JRE CEO Hans van Manen, JRE President Daniel Canzian, Italian chef Giovanni Pastore arrived especially for the event. On the first evening, Chef Pastore and the three Bulgarian members of JRE – Veselin Kalev (aEstivum), Vladi Penov (Cosmos) and Filip Zahariev (ONÁ) presented their menus.

On Saturday, to the delight of young and old, Chef Pastore held a master class on making fresh pasta and pizza.

The wines selected by the sommelier of the Estate Alexander Skorchev were an important character in the unforgettable symphony of tastes and emotions. The climax of the weekend was on Saturday night when Chef Kalev and Chef Canzian presented a magnificent menu paired with an excellent wine selection.
