JRE Weekend in October

On October 4th and 5th, Zornitza Family Estate Relais & Châteaux will host a world-class event – a special JRE gourmet weekend. Along with the three Bulgarian representatives – Veselin Kalev, Filip Zahariev and Vladi Penov, we will have the honor to welcome the newly elected president of JRE Daniel Canzian, as well as chef Giovanni Pastore from Italy.

The weekend’s program will offer exceptional food, access to high culinary craftsmanship and lots of entertainment. On Friday, October 4, on the terrace of the aEstivum restaurant, you will be able to enjoy live cooking by chef Penov, chef Zahariev and chef Pastore.
On Saturday, October 5, we invite you to a fine-dining dinner at aEstivum – chef Kalev will cook together with chef Canzian. The dishes will be paired with drinks selected by our sommelier.

Chef Canzian, who in June 2024 was elected president of the international association of talented young chefs JRE, has his own gourmet restaurant with artistic design and author’s cuisine in Milan.
